Your experience Medical Advanced Skin care is important to us. Knowing what to expect can help your visit go smoothly, without any unwanted surprises.

Please take a moment to read the following information:

On Your First Visit

Please print and fill out all required forms , before your arrival. If you are unable to complete the paperwork before your visit, please arrive 20 minutes early to allow extra time for check-in. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your consultation, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your appointment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to reschedule.

Late Policy

If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be cancelled and may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Last minute schedule changes will only be honored if a service appointment is available for a later time of that day and other guests are not inconvenienced. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice and no-shows may be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We do not provide refunds for cancelled/ no show appointments. Last minute schedule changes will only be honored if the service time is available, and other guests are not inconvenienced. All service sales are final, with no refunds.

Refunds and exchanges: Products must be returned unused and unopened with their seal intact. Products must be in the same condition they were originally purchased within 24 hours of your appointment time. We will not accept an exchange or refund for any item that has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights. There are no service package refunds after 24 hours from your appointment time

  • There are no refunds on services rendered.
  • There are no refunds on gift cards or gift certificates and no cash back on unused portions.

The Treatment and Package are valid up to 6 months.

Special Conditions

Please notify our Consultant before scheduling your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.
